Close to two decades now, Josh wanted to invest in a new Heating, Ventilation and A/C, but he chose to put that off until he couldn’t afford to service the one he had anymore. That’s the time Josh would go for a current Heating, Ventilation and A/C. Well, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C continued to function for many years. Josh had it for 12 more years before it was no longer feasible to service the system. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist was shocked because he thought that plan would fail years ago. However, Josh’s Heating, Ventilation and A/C never stopped running. Josh was over the moon when it died because he wanted to have something much nicer in the lake house. He had a good idea of what he wanted too. Josh had chosen heated floors and an AC unit that was highly energy efficient. He ended up having a boiler unit added that was hooked up to the pipes for heated floors. Josh also had an electric heat pump added to cover his cooling needs when it got hot. Of course, it also functions as a back up for heating if Josh ever has any complications with his radiant floors. They always say it’s good to have many sources of heating, which Josh agrees with. This is why he even has a fireplace in his living room. It’s a real wood burning fireplace. Josh has already spent countless hours resting in front of the fireplace and his girlfriend likes it too. She even loves the heated floors, and says that was a good call by Josh.
