At times, it’s difficult to save currency for a major expense, holiday, or repair.
Of course, I have constantly had a pretty challenging time saving currency, especially when it is going to be used for something similar to repairs.
I knew that I had to save currency for some roofing repairs, the roof was soft in areas. I noticed the soft areas when I was on the roof putting all of the lights up & I nearly went through the part above the kitchen. I thought about installing a tarp over the roof, however I knew that the homeowners association would have a fit about the orange or yellow colored tarp! When I finally managed to save up $500, I contacted a roofing contractor near me. I read plenty of reviews online & most of the roofing companies were rated highly by all of the people that had used their services. I easily had a lot of locales to pick from. The roofing companies near me were able to do the work as soon as I wanted. I contacted 3 weird roofing companies near me & I got an estimate for the roofing repairs. It was going to cost way more than I was thinking. $500 wasn’t going to cover any of the roofing repairs at all, but it’s a good thing that we found out that the roofing work repairs were covered by our insurance. We filed an insurance claim on the roofing repairs. The roofing contractor helped us file & insurance claim & all of the repairs were covered under our contract. We only had to cover the cost for our deductible as an out of pocket expense.
