It’s been some time since I started thinking about upgrading my HVAC system. But, this was impossible to do since the unit was functioning. I’d only change it if I couldn’t afford to repair it anymore. I would go for a new HVAC at that time. Well, the HVAC continued to run for many more months. The HVAC system served me for 14 years before it died a natural death. The HVAC professional admitted he was taken aback because he thought that system would fail sooner, but the HVAC system kept working. Admittedly, I was so thrilled when it died because I could now get something much nicer for my home. I had a wonderful proposal of what I wanted too. I planned to get radiant floors and some cooling system that was highly energy efficient. I ended up having a boiler system installed that was hooked up to the pipes for heated floors. I also had an electric heat pump installed to cover my cooling needs in the summer season. Of course, it also works as a back up for heating if I ever have any faults with my radiant floors. I’ve always known it’s wonderful to have numerous sources of heating, and that’s particularly true. This is why I also have a fireplace in my family room, and it’s a real wood burning fireplace. I’ve already spent countless instances resting in front of the fireplace and my whole family prefers it too. Now, I love this new radiant floor that I chose to get.
