I was incredibly impressed with the A/C business and the job they did, and then the HVAC tech left with his HVAC equipment
For the past 6 or 7 years, I have been using the same heating and air conditioning company. I haven’t been using them in particular, it’s just that they are the closest and so they are the most convenient. Because of the convenience, I signed up for their HVAC serviceplan and membership they have, that’s how I know how long I have been using their service. Well I was really surprised when I got an email from them for a free HVAC maintenance on my A/C machine. It was a thank you email for being with them for so long. I was pretty surprised because I didn’t think a HVAC corporation would do that. I’ve had phone companies and other companies do things like that, but not a HVAC business. Either way, I was grateful and I made the appointment for Monday. The cooling specialist arrived without issue on Monday and when he was done checking on my heating and cooling system, which he gave me the good news that it was perfectly functional, he personally thanked me for being in service with his company, which was incredibly nice. I was incredibly impressed with the A/C business and the job they did, and then the HVAC tech left with his HVAC equipment. Although I was using them originally because of convenience, I definitely want to continue giving them my business because of their kind of attitude. It actually made my day getting the maintenance for free, because it’s just not something you would expect.
